I am trying to:
Run the DB upgrade: hidden link

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
See attached image

I expected to see:
Some sort of DB upgrade wizard

Instead, I got:
Empty screen, error in JS console:
bundle.database_upgrade.js?ver=3.5.2:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: regeneratorRuntime is not defined
at bundle.database_upgrade.js?ver=3.5.2:1:24308
at Module.<anonymous> (bundle.database_upgrade.js?ver=3.5.2:1:28310)
at n (bundle.database_upgrade.js?ver=3.5.2:1:110)
at bundle.database_upgrade.js?ver=3.5.2:1:902
at bundle.database_upgrade.js?ver=3.5.2:1:912

Tried with Chrome and Firefox without extensions so I'm pretty sure blocked resources are not the problem.
