Hi Eloi,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

What you're saying is that your search page is displaying all the results before the search has been made correct?

This is actually how it works. The full results are displayed before the search is made.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,
I try to making Custom search inside a page
I have add 2 shortcodes to my page: hidden link

[wpv-form-view name="ass" target_id="23862"]
[wpv-view name="ass" view_display="layout"]

You can go to my page, The search results shows all items before the search form has been make.

I expected to see the search results dont show anything before the search form has been make

Hi Eloi,

No it does not work like this.

The results will always be displayed. You are essentially filtering the list.

You can trick this by adding the search form on one page and the results on a separate page.

Thanks,
Shane
