[Resolved] Customize the styling of %%FORM_DATA%%

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I would like to customize the styles and display of the %%FORM_DATA%% output in a CRED notification.

Solution: The FORM_DATA placeholder is meant to be used mainly for debugging, to make sure the fields you have defined are being sent correctly. It's not really intended to be used in the design of an actual email, so there's not much in the way of customization available. If you implement your own custom placeholder variables, you could build a fully custom design using your own HTML and inline CSS.

Hi,

How can I customize the styling of %%FORM_DATA%% inserted into an email?

The default layout can not be called attractive.

Thank you.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for the information, will definitely use it.

As for the FORM_DATA, it does the job for the administrative notifications, in many cases I just don't need anything more than that. It just looks very Windows '97. It would be nice if it was a bit nicer to look at, at least add some paddings to the table cells and use the light colors.

Maybe you can do it on your side for one of the future releases, it should not take too much time to do.

Thank you.
