Some users who create or edit content via front-end forms can overuse formatting options. Especially those who haven't basic knowledge about design and copywriting, those who feel obliged to use every options at their disposal.
Would it be possible to refine settings for wysiwyg fields, and allow Toolset users to enable or disable some formatting buttons?
Say for example, just let the "Bold", "Italic", "bullet list" buttons and "Title 2 and Title 3" in the headings dropdown...
(so we don't have to explain everything in the details, like why the Title 1 option must be reserved for post title for SEO reasons etc...)
Not sure what "Title 2 and Title 3" are, as they are not existing quick tags in WYSIWYG natively, hence added by custom code and not controllable by us anyway, but I filed the request to allow more control over what QuickTags to show on a WYSIWYG, however, I fear this feature will not be added as it's a options' nightmare on the settings screen for the field itself (there are around 30 tags that can be theoretically be controlled (or not).
I assume we will rather solve this by allowing a nicer way to register your full custom fields, which then would allow you to create such fields as you need them using our API and eventual custom code

I used the wrong terms, instead of "title 2 or title 3", I wanted to say "Heading 2 or Heading 3". I meant Hn tags.
For the moment, I try to simplify the TinyMce editor, hiding unwanted buttons with CSS. But it's not convenient to deal with, especially with the Visual/Text Editor toggle option. Anyway, thank you for filling the request.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
