Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Could you please share one username for which you register and paid for membership and date of birth field is not saved.

I think it's better that I give you coupon codes so that you can go through the sign-up process and see for yourself. This will enable you to clear the checkout without making payment.

How can I send these to you privately?

Ok fine. Please explain step by step information how and where to use coupon codes and can I reactivate the coupon codes to reuse it?

As I may need multiple coupon codes for debug process.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Yes but you can share your coupon codes with next reply as its private only. Only you and me can see the reply that means it will not be public.

If you have coupon codes file then you should upload to file sharing services like dropbox and share the link to download it.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Sorry. The interface was confusing. The reply field is outside of the box which is titled "Private information". I edited the first reply.

Are we making any progress on this?

Sorry but it looks like you are different time zone.

Well - I see that user is created when we just click on checkout page but the thing is that user should be created once the product is purchased successfully.

I need a duplicator package so that I can configure this locally and check this further. Could you please share duplicator package of your site.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Minesh has assigned this ticket to me and I will see how best I can assist you. I see from your debug data that you are running alot of plugins and any one of these could be causing this issue.

Would you mind temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins and trying again ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Thanks for taking over. That was the first thing I tried three days ago before opening this support thread. Clearly, I cannot disable the WooCommerce plugins, though, as it is a WooCommerce/Toolset integration that I am trying to get working.

Please do not make any changes on the live site. Minesh turned off automatic password generation in the checkout yesterday meaning that people could not complete their orders. We had a bit of a panic when we started receiving customer service contacts and it took some work to sort out the failed orders.

Thanks,
Peter

Hi Peter,

What I'm going to do is to grab the duplicator package and test this and see what I can find and let you know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Peter,

Unfortunately I was not able to use the duplicator package. However I did check your form and saw that many of the fields were missing.

What I would recommend that you do is to regenerate your form and try it again and let me know if your fields start to populate .

Thanks,
Shane
