Hi Toolset Support!

It seems like users from my custom role 'Redacteur kantoor' are not able to link items from custom post type 1 called 'Nieuwbouwprojecten' to items from custom post type 2 called 'Bedrijven'. The connection between these 2 custom post types is a 'many 2 many relationship'. Previously, the linking between those custom post type items was done without a problem. But now, it seems like there are no related items found anymore. See screenshot 'empty-dropdown.jpg'.

I know for sure this is a 'user rights' issue, and perhaps it's not working anymore because there was an update. What could cause the sudden disappearance of those items in my dropdown so what's the reason I've got the 'No results found' constantly?

Thx,
Sam

Hello and welcome to the Toolset support forum.

I assume that you are using Toolset Access for creating your custom roles and managing permissions on your custom post types.
If that's the case, make sure that both custom post types are allowed for these custom roles in Toolset->Access Control.

If that does not help, please allow me temporary access to your backend site. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. Make a database backup before sharing credentials.
