I have 2 custom taxonomies. Both are set to checked for show_in_nav_menus. One shows up, the other doesn't. New menus do. Fixes? I'd prefer not to have to redo my entire taxonomy.

Dear Brandy,

What is the name of your taxonomy? Can you upload a screenshot while editing the taxonomy?

Please let me know if you are satisfied with my answer and if I can help you with any other questions you might have.

Regards,
Caridad

Amusingly enough it's called types... and that appears to have been the problem.
