Custom Taxonomy does not show up in menus

This support ticket is created 4 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have several custom taxonomies that I've created. 3 of the 5 created show up in the Appearance -> Menus area.

I'm trying to understand what's causing the other 2 to not show up, in particular, I am looking to build a menu from the Building Types taxonomy.

All the taxonomies that are not showing do have

I've uploaded screen shots of what I see. Is there anything else I should be looking at or anything that I should inspected directly in the mysql db?
