I am trying to:
Use custom taxonomies created with Toolset on my WordPress site. taxonomies as "

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
(You can insert a sample URL here where the taxonomy terms should appear.)

I expected to see:
All assigned custom taxonomy terms displayed and editable in the backend and on the frontend.

Instead I got:
After a few days, all custom taxonomy terms disappear from both the backend and frontend. The taxonomy still exists in the database, but the assigned terms are gone and have to be re-created. This issue keeps happening repeatedly.

Could you please advise what might cause this and how to prevent it?
right now everything is working fine, that is because I restored a Backup from last Tuesday.

Here are some of my custom taxonomies:
1. Categories
• Type: Built-in WordPress taxonomy
• Assigned to: Posts, Training Videos, Image Galleries, Classifications, Literature Posts, Slider Teasers, EC Events, ASGE Journal Scan, Podcasts
• Active: Yes
• Description: Default WordPress category taxonomy

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. I do not see any other user reported the same issue in recent times. This looks like specific to your site install or configuratio.

You will have to identify the trigger on what course of action this is happening and for that you will have to keep close eye on your site actions and you may add plugins that stores every action perform on your site.

Once you able to catch the action then you can share all those required details.
