custom search secondary sort by custom field

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

There has been a thread about this more than a year ago:

Are there any news about this?

We would like to sort by
1. "featured" / "not featured" to see most relevant posts first, and then by
2. rating, which is is stored as a numeric value in a custom field.

I'm afraid this isn't something that has been picked by the developers to work on so far, although we do have quite a few existing requests about it.

I have added this thread to the internal ticket about this feature to add your voice to the request.

Keep an eye on the changelogs with Blocks/Views updates.
