Custom Search for Custom Taxonomy View

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Due to other tickets I have read on these support forums I believe that it is currently not possible to build a Custom Search for Views showing taxonomy content?

Could I please add my voice to the feature request. I believe this would be a very useful feature to have within Toolset!

Is there any way I can work around this or is there any other way of doing this? As it stands, I am going to end up with very long lists of terms within my taxonomy archives and I would prefer to find a better way of filtering and searching through them rather than just displaying one long list.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - as you already aware that Toolset does not support custom search with taxonomy views and we already have a feature request for this feature and I will add your voice to our internal ticket.

Additionally, unfortunately, I do not have any alternate solution to recommend you as well.
