Custom Role doesn't have access on the post image (feature image)

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have created two custom roles, none of them are having access on the Featured Image is there any capability for this permission?

Hi Kristof

When you say access to the featured image, what do you mean?

They go to the standard post edit screen and don't see the meta box for adding featured images? Or something else?

You have created custom roles: what existing role did you copy the capabilities from?

What settings have you added for the custom roles on the main Toolset > Access Control page?

It was from Toolset > Access Control > Post Types
