There is a very strange thing happening with my website. I created two different custom post form for two different type of user (based on the subscription they have taken). When the users fill any of the form, it should create a listing of their posts at a single place. But in reality when the user fill any of the two form their data reaches the backed and is showing in the all All Provider (name of my custom toolset post) but is not getting updated at the frontend. But when I try to quick edit the recent post posted and press the update there It gets updated at the fronted and starts showing there. Even though I am not updating any data and just pressing update. I can provide you with the username password of my website if needed. Thank you .

Hi Trace,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Yes please provide me with admin access to the site as well as a link to the page where I can see the form and the issue.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Trace,

I believe the first problem we are having here is that the form isn't being submitted.

This is caused by the gallery field here
hidden link

I see that this gallery field is set to required but it is hidden on the frontend. What I recommend that you do is to use the expert mode and remove this gallery field and then save your form.

Once you've done this please try testing the form again and see if it submits .

Thanks,
Shane

I tried what you told but it's still not working as intended also I want to tell you that this issue is happening way before we inserted the image gallery field. Please tell us how to proceed from here. You already have the credentials you can make necessary change in the post forms also the subscription field in both the basic and pro provider's from is needed to hide in the frontend so please make sure you don't delete any of them. Thank you

Hi Trace,

There were 2 issues with the form. The first being that with the Basic form the posts weren't being submitted. This was resolved by removing the hidden required gallery field.

The second issue was that you set the form to submit with a status of "Completed". This means that your posts are getting the custom status "completed" and not "Published". Our Blocks plugin will display the posts with status "Published" by default unless you add a filter to that view to display the posts with other statuses.

Once I went on the backend and published my post, it appears in the list.

What you can do to resolve this is for the Free Basic form just set the posts to be submitted with the Published status.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
