[Closed] Custom field translate language not corrct

Hi,
I have some fields that I should translate. The main language of the site is Italian but if I go to the WPML translation it sees the fields in English. How can I set that the language is Italian?

Hi Minesh,
my problem is that both the fields and their entries are basically seen in english and not in italian. So I can't translate everything correct. I am attaching a screenshot of a selection field. Entries should be in Italian but are instead detected in English. How can I solve? In case I can give you access to better see the problem.

Based on the screenshot you shared it seems you did not translated the custom field text.

Can you please try to translate it by clicking on the + (plus sign) and add your translation and save it and see if that help you to resolve your issue.

Hi Minesh,
the problem is that "Celle di carico" must not be in English but in Italian (the base language of the site).
All other strings are basic in Italian, why is this one in English?

What if you try to change the language of those specific strings from English to your desired language. Please check the following doc:

Hi Minesh,
so i managed to change the language but i still have two problems:
1 - some translations of a field are not loaded correctly;
2 - if I try to translate a content template it is not loaded in the translation.
How can I do? Can you log in and see?

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and share what is not working.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
