This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user has a CPT where one posts is showing differently from another post of the same cpt.
Solution:
In this user's case they had assigned the posts 2 different templates.
What I would recommend that you do is to check that both pages are being displayed using the same template.

We are using the Toolset to present a locations page that has multiple homes with individual pages. I used the embedded media to publish a video for each page. It worked for one page but isn't working for another.
