I created a form made by Toolset Forms and Toolset Forms Commerce (see attachment form1.jpg), it's a user form to let the existing customers upgrade to a VIP membership role, after filling in the custom user form and checkout, the user is able to get the VIP membership role but in the profile edit, the customer field data didn't update.

Hi Wilfred,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you try removing and re-adding these custom fields to your form and let me know if the issue still remains.

Thanks,
Shane

The problem remains.

And I found out that the info won't update if I use the Toolset Forms Commerce and ticked "Charge payment with this form".

Once I turn it off I was able to update the info from the form but now I am unable to checkout and upgrade the role.

Hi Wilfred,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thank,
Shane

Hi Wilfred,

Thank you for the login details, however they don't seem to work.

Can you check on them for me and see if they work for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Sorry, there are some mistakes, now fixed. You can try login in again with the login password.

Here is how you can test the issue;
1. create a new customer account, go to the customer upgrade page.
2. randomly insert any text on the "Biographical Info" field, then submit the form and checkout.
3. the you can use the admin role that I provided to check the new acc profile.

Hi Wilfred,

Thank you for the additional details.

Now I went ahead and test this for you and the field does in fact update i.e the Biological Info field. However the field only updates After I change the order status to completed.

Thanks,
Shane
