Hello,

I have a CRED Form that create sometimes only a "critical error message" from wordpress. upon submission.
This error happens randomly and only for 1 submission over 30 submission in average.

The form is successfully submitted and the post is correctly created but the user has a "critical error message" (instead of a "you will be redirected" message and is not redirected correctly.

The view is : hidden link
The view is displayed on a page using Elementor page builder and Toolset integration : hidden link

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

Hi Serge,

Thank you for getting in touch.

With an issue like this where there is no clear steps to replicate it can prove difficult to debug or even recognise it as being an issue.

We must first be able to identify the exact problem or the exact error that is occurring here. Usually when there is a critical error being thrown an entry is added to the site's php logs.

If you are able to provide me with those logs then I can have a look to see if there is anything critical there that could explain the issue.

To find the error log I would recommend getting in touch with your hosting provider.

The next thing I would do in this case is try to find a clear way to replicate as well as seeing if its replicable with minimum installed plugins.

This means I would disable all the non-toolset plugins and see if the issue still remains.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane
