Critical error on Layouts

This support ticket is created 3 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Whenever I install Layouts this is the error:

"There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

Also, I can't open the downloads page on my account.

"Oops, that took longer than expected!
Your visit to toolset.com took longer than expected. Don't worry, this is probably a temporary problem. You can simply go back and retry loading the page you came for.

You can always use the contact us page and tell us what went wrong.
