Hi there

We created a CRED-form for users to write blog posts. For some reason, the editor isn't working correctly. I made a video so you can see the problem: hidden link

The message is the following:

Failed to load plugin url: ***/wp-includes/js/tinymce/langs/de.js

But there is no such file (also not in the standard wordpress installation package).

I updated all the plugins and wordpress, but that didn't help.

Do you have an idea what could go wrong here?

Thanks for your help.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

The current version of Types plugin is 3.4.1 and Toolset Forms plugin is 2.6.1.

Can you please update ALL Toolset plugins first to it's latest official released version and let me know if that help you to resolve your issue. If no:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?
