Hi Christian, we activated the CRED form in a post and it works except that the user and our clients do not receive any notification upon completion of the form except if I fill in the form with a gmail account and in that case I receive the notification. What could be the reason?

Are you using an SMTP email plugin? SMTP plugins are incompatible, because CRED uses the native wp_mail function, and SMTP plugins usually override that function in a way that cannot be controlled by CRED. If you are not using an SMTP system, the message could be in their spam folder, or the "to" address field could be configured incorrectly. Please copy + paste the CRED form code here for me to review, and take a screenshot showing the email notification configurations in the CRED form editor screen.
