Hi there,

I have an issue with CRED and Membership Pro plugin (by WPMU). Basically CRED is interfering with the log in process.

For example, when CRED is enabled, the login script used by the plugin is redirecting to a 404.

Can you help?

Thanks

Hi, I'll be glad to take a look. Since this is a paid plugin and I don't have a copy, I'll need you to provide a link where I can download a copy of the plugin. Please use the private reply field here to provide a link to download the plugin on Dropbox, Drive, or some other file sharing service. I'll download the plugin and try to replicate the issue.

Okay thanks, I was able to download the plugin and test this out on a local environment. I see the same issue - the login forms redirect to /protected-content/login instead of showing the actual page contents. I will escalate this potential compatibility issue to my 2nd tier support team for some additional investigation, and let you know what I find out.

Awesome thank you for getting this sorted. PLease do let me know when there's a patch available 🙂

I will. In the meantime, it can be helpful to also mention the issue to the Membership 2 Pro plugin team. If collaboration is necessary, other plugin developers are generally more responsive to their own clients than to other plugin developers. Thanks, we will continue our investigation.

Any news from the development team regarding this?

Thanks

Hi, it appears that this issue has been resolved in the latest versions of Membership 2 Pro and Toolset. Please update your plugins to the latest versions and let me know if the problem is not completely resolved.
