I am trying to: automatically send form notifications

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: claim round on page hidden link?

I expected to see: An email notification after the form is submitted

Instead, I got: No email notification

All wordpress email sends
Test form emails send
Emails were sending up until 24 hours ago

Could you check if the emails are going to your spam mail ?

If the test email works then the email should also be sent the form is submitted.

I was able to log in and check the form and it looks find to me.

Yes, everything looks fine, thats why I'm contacting you!
No, of course they aren't going to spam. Just create a form and test it yourself if you'd like to check.

We've developed custom notification code for this area now but I must say your support earns 0 stars. Slow and completely unhelpful.

I'm looking at this in more details for you.

We have to ensure that the grounds are covered when it comes to the simple debugging steps. You mentioned that emails were being sent up until 24 hours ago since you opened this ticket.

I would like for you to just remove this custom code that you are using so that I can continue to debug this issue.

Finally if you recall anything that was done within the period of when it worked vs when it stopped working.

With your permissions can I install this plugin below ?

I would like the PHP logs for the site, as if there is an error being generated when the mail is trying to be sent it should show up here.

I can't install plugins at the moment. Would you be able to help with another issue: The update user details page is not displaying when logged in as a user.
