I have created a USER from using the latest version of Toolset Forms (CRED forms) and cannot get the emails to send to GMAIL or my domain email account(s).

Do we need to create an actual DOMAIN email like: support@greatcanadianjokebook.com for this to work or can we utilize SEND GRID like we sometimes do with Gravity Forms?

Also, your documentation for Toolset Forms and "email notifications" seems to be outdated although I am about to go through the "membership site training video" now so will complete that first before setting off any further alarms.

Thanks heaps for your great support ... Woody House, Online Graphics

I watched the training video covering "notifications" and found it to be outdated as far as the "real fields" appear in the current version of Toolset Forms.

Do you have updated training on any documentation on notifications NOT sending out?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

No - we do not have any other documentation.

Can you please try to use a plugin such as WP Mail Logging to check whether the mails are being sent or not. If it sent it will be logged but if it does not reach to your mailbox then there should be some server issue.

If you submit a form that should trigger a notification, you should see a record of the sent email in the mail log.

If you don't see outgoing emails then you should try to configure the mailer using gmail or any other mailer.

Can you please try and check and share what you found.
