[Resolved] CRED Forms not Displaying on Webpages

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The issue here is that the user's CRED form is not visible to Guest users.

Solution:
If you have our access plugin active. Then is could be that your permissions doesn't allow the form to be viewed by guests.

To check this you will need to go to Toolset > Access Control -> Cred Form and ensure that Guests have the permission to view your forms.

I am trying to:
Have content-submission forms on my website accessible from the main menu.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
The Interview Form when I click on the Careers link and the Phone Interview Form when I click on Employee Portal (pw: R3cr3@T3) > Phone Interview Form.

Instead, I got:
Only the form name "Interview Form" (and Phone Interview Form) and an otherwise blank body. The forms show normally when I am logged into my WordPress account, but the problem occurs when I am logged out.

Hi Shannon,

Thank you fro contacting our support forum.

I see that you have our access plugin active. This seems to be the cause because your form may be set to not be visible to guest users.

To check this you will need to go to Toolset > Access Control -> Cred Form and ensure that Guests have the permission to view your forms.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
