[Resolved] Cred Form section “Content” not showing up.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's toolset forms content section is not showing up.

Solution:

This can be due to a plugin conflict and as such I would recommend temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins.

Secondly it could be due to the content section display settings being set to none. If this is the case I would recommend that you open a support ticket.

I can't create or edit CRED forms - the "Content" section where you build the form isn't showing up. I have deactivated all plugins and it's not there. It was working fine, I created a form, I went into edit it and there was no way to do it. Then I tried deleting the form and creating a new one, still not there.

I looked for something like screen options thinking it was just hidden - but there's no options. I feel like i'm missing something obvious but it's just disappeared.

Hi Dan,

It Seems that there is something that is setting the content div to display NONE,

Could you check on your end and let me know if the content area shows up now ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hey Shane,

Yes! It's showing up now. Do you know what was causing the div?

Cheers,
Dan

Hi Dan,

Actually no, I have no idea why it would have that style set to it.

Thanks,
Shane
