CRED FORM OPTION NOT DISPLAYING UNDER ACCESS CONTROL , & CRED FORM SHORTCODE NOT WORKING ON FRONTEND, BLANK PAGE APPEARS, OUR OLD SHORTCODES ARE ALSO NOT WORKING WHICH WE GENERATED THROUGH CRED FORM

Hi Rohit,

Thank you for contacting our support.

Unfortunately I don't believe the access setting is on our forms anymore. Also from the screenshot it seems that you are using an older version of you Forms plugin.

Could you perform an update on this.

I Already requested for video call using hangout as the plugin is not working at all for me, it is not working as expected, earlier it was working fine , now the shortcodes inserted by me using cred form are not displaying on frontend , help me fix the issue or please refund the payment as per your policy as i am not able to use this plugin at all.

Hi Rohit,

I believe this could be a plugin conflict because your forms in the menu on the backend is not where it should be.

The forms should be under the Toolset menu item. Could you temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins and try again ?

Also when did this issue started to occur?

Can you please try that at your end as you have all the required access with you and also i need to make the form work asap that was the only reason for buying this plugin , its very urgent for me,

Hi Rohit,

You form should now be displaying correctly.

I'm not sure how you managed to have the CRED frontend plugin active with our Toolset forms plugin. Either way the CRED plugin is obsolete and was replaced with the Toolset Forms plugin.

Can you please explain me with the help of backend screenshot of admin panel ( like what you did to fix the issue)

Secondly , can you let me know why the form is still not working as stated by you:

Its showing permission denied instead of showing the form.

Hi Rohit,

All I did was to disable this plugin . See Screenshot.

Secondly in order for the form to be visible to guests. I had to set the permissions for the form visibility here, see screenshot

Also the permissions page for this is hidden link

Please let me know if there is anything that is not clear.

Excellent shane , you rock buddy , you solved all the things, let me check my form in all 3 languages as earlier it used to come in all 3 languages , depending upon what u choose from dropdown on homepage , but now only coming in default language i.e spanish , can you please have a look why the language is not changing , thank u so much, we are almost there

I've checked it now and it seems the forms weren't added to the other translations.

So it should be fine now.
