I am trying to: get Cred form to work on front end
I visited this URL: hidden link (password: tsaplayers)
I expected to see: the cred form- and the edit buttons on the view table
Instead, I got: no form, just the table View- but the View under CHOOSE SIZES is blank- should be edit link- the DELETE PLAYER should have a link for the delete player.
this is an error when I upgraded the plug in.

that works like it should. HOWEVER, there should be a form under the page title. see image. This form has been functional for years and the main reason I purchased Toolset.
