It's probably 10 or more years that I have used the Cred-Form (Toolset Forms Commerce), and I can't remember how to use it!

I need to create a membership form, for which applicants pay for on submission. The form will be sent by email to the secretary, and not be published. Would I need to create a User form for this - can I have a payment form for users?

Can you please point me in the direction of any tutorials or documents using the commerce forms

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Here is a full course available that you should follow to build such membership site:

Here is the Doc that should help you:

I suggest you should test this first on sandbox or test site and then try to implement on your production site.

Thanks.

I have custom user fields to add. How do I add those as they can't just be selected.

Also, how do you remove 'Nickname' - is that only in expert mod?

I'm not sure yet what you want. The custom user field should be available on right sidebar to add or if you are in expert mode then within the editor you will see a button to add fields.

Yes.

No, they are not on the right sidebar, nor are they available in expert mode.

I do hope I don't have to wait another day for a reply, as my situation is now getting urgent.

Ok - you can share information what fields you want to display with your form and with what form and where you created those user custom fields.

Please share all those required details with admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please tell me what form you have issue with and what custom fields you want to add to that form?

#2769390

It is the user form 'Membership Application'. The custom user fields group is 'Member Details'.

Can you please check now:
- hidden link

I can see the custom user fields with your form and you can re-arrange it as required on your form.

The issue was the custom user field group was deactivated from the Custom User field group listing page. I've activated the custom user field group 'Member Details' and I can see it working as expected.

#2769977

Thank you. Yes I can now see them.

So, I completed the form in accordance with the tutorial you linked to above.

However, I now have a user registration form that can not be seen by guests - you must be logged in to see it. That's a bit pointless as the form is supposed to be for NEW registrations. I can not see where I can make it so guests can see it and submit.
