Creating views isn't working. Not as shown in tutorial videos

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have watched all the tutorial videos and am having a terrible time creating views. Some of the features shown in the video are not what I am seeing on my screen. For example, I do not see a view loop box when creating a view. (view loop.jpg) When I added a Header, it does not display the many instances of posts like it does in the video. (dynamic data.jpg) I only see one instance.

None of my custom fields are showing up on the right side menu, just the default wordpress fields, even though I created custom fields and selected my custom post type when setting up the view. (custom fields.jpg)

When viewing the live page, only the WordPress Page Title appears and nothing else from Toolset

I decided to try updating my version of WordPress and now everything is working. My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
