I'm creating a volunteer portal for a client. The primary thing it needs to do is allow:
- Volunteers to see volunteer opportunities available
- Volunteers to sign up for opportunities
- Staff to see who has signed up for which opportunity
- Staff to review and approve the volunteer hours (once it's confirmed the volunteer did them)
- Display the number of hours a volunteer has worked
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I have worked extensively with child-relationships, but I'm mostly looking for documentation to point me towards for these specific options.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
The Wired Impact Volunteer Management plugin does quite a lot of this, but even their paid version doesn't take this all the way. I know I can do better with Toolset, but I'm hoping to be pointed in the right direction first.
