Tell us what you are trying to do? On a new form I am trying to move a field so that it is nest to another field, on the same line

Is there any documentation that you are following? https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1621521-1612071/ In the video at 3:30 minutes, you simply drag and drop the field. Whilst I am able to drag fields up and down to change their order, I am not able to drag it next to another field

What is the link to your site? hidden link

The form is not yet published!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please make sure that Bootstrap loading setting is set from: Toolset => Settings => General Tag => Bootstrap Loading section.

If its already set, can you please share your form URL and access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Please check the following video: hidden link

I can see that the two columns are working.

Thank you.

I tried again and it would still not work for me. Tried another browser and that didn't work either. Then, by trial and error I found that you have to move the field not only level but to a very specific and very small parallel area. Previously I had dragged it although I moved it parallel I had not hit that tiny little spot!!!!!!

What about my other problem with only half the content being inserted saved from form but not from admin end?
