Hi!

I am trying to control the design of a Custom Post Type Archive - but it seems that my theme (X theme Pro Child theme) is overriding the styles. I already tried activating the 2017 theme instead of mine, and the problem was rectified. But using my theme, which i have used to develop the whole site, i cannot do anything with any wordpress archive - if i try to do something with Views or Content templates, the archive doesn't show the posts. I can't add a sidebar to my archives either. I contacted my theme support and they were not able to help with this since it is a 3rd Party plugin. Could somebody please help me see how i can fix this issue? thanks so much!

Hi, I'll be glad to take a look and see if there's anything we can do. What version of the X Pro parent theme are you using?

Hi Christian,

I'm using the latest version of X Theme Pro - 2.5.5

I don't have access to that most recent version, unfortunately. Can you post a copy of the theme and provide a download link for me? I will install it locally and run some tests. Any URL you share in the forum will be hidden for privacy.
