Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to create a template for a CPT. I can create it and update it. However, when I view it on the front-end, it shows up as an empty archive page.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Can't find any

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I will upload images as the example.

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.
=> https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

- Do you see the same issue with the default 2021 theme?
- What theme you are using?
- Have you build archive or single post content template?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I see single post content template you created for the post type "Dog pages":
- hidden link

I can see its working on the frontend:
- hidden link

Then I see the following archive you created but the archive is not setup:
- hidden link

It's good that the single post content template is working on the front end. It just isn't working when I am in the template editor and I want to "view the front end" after an update. I'm not sure what that glitch is.

The issue you are facing is not normal.

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
