[Resolved] Create the form for editing

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I would like to create a Form for editing posts, but the instructions don't seem to work.

Solution: If your site uses Toolset Layouts, the instructions are a bit different.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

Create the form for editing

Is there any documentation that you are following?

https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/publish-content-from-the-front-end/forms-for-editing/

link to the form does not lead to the form, but leads to the post, it is impossible to edit

Hi, it looks like your site uses Toolset Layouts. When using Layouts, the process is a bit different because you must use Template Layouts instead of Content Templates. We have more information about that here: https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/publish-content-from-the-front-end/building-forms-for-editing-when-using-layouts/
