Create orders deliveries for a product

I have 1CPT "Products", 1 CPT "Clients"

I need a page to create new orders (another CPT ? or an intermediary post ?) where I choose the product in a selection list and a client in another selection list adding some custom data in the custom fields of the order. To create the order with its relationships to the product and the client (in 1 form)

On the page of the product, I need to click on a button "add order" that will open a form to create an order related to the product it comes from where I can choose my "client". Same on the Client page...

How can I do that ?
