[Resolved] Create new Post Form cell not work

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is unable to add a Post Form cell to their Layout.

Solution:

In this user's case it was being caused by the Woocommerce Custom product plugin and what I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable the non-toolset plugin and try again.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This issue here looks like a plugin conflict to me.

What I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.

If the issue still remains, please let me know.

With your permissions, could i take a duplicator package from your site to test locally ?

I would like to check if this is a server issue by creating a backup of the site here locally.

I did a test of disabling all the non-toolset plugins and it works for me on the copy.

Im currently in the process of finding which plugin is causing the issue.

So I've found the plugin.

If you disable the woocommerce custom product plugin then it should start working again.
