This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to create a post form cell in their Layout but it's not working.
Solution:
In this customer's case the issue was being caused by a plugin conflict and what I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
For this user it was the Woocommerce Custom product plugin.
