Create a view displaying just one category

Hi there,

I need a selection of pages that feature properties that are in a main category, for this example Dog Friendly.

I don't understand what I have to set to do this in a 'View'.

This page is set up: hidden link

It needs to show 'only' properties that are Dog Friendly regardless of which filter is selected.

In live chat someone 'tried' to explain and I thought I understood however I can't get this to work.

Any thoughts would be great.
