I am trying to: Update from 2.0 to Current Version but the site is crashing on the update.
Can you elaborate on what and how crashes exactly?
Is there a PHP error (Eventually enable WP Debug), or any other error feedback in the browser after attempting to update?
I would suggest this:
- create a staging site of the website
- disable all plugins but Toolset, and change the theme to for example Twenty Nineteen
- update WordPress
- update Toolset
- re-enable the other software.
If it fails to update, you can also manually download the plugin files here and then upload them to your server:
