Dear Support Team,

I have created a taxonomy called "Post Country" and connected it to my custom posts. Now, I would like to implement a logic which allow the user to select the country from a drop down on the homepagge for example, and then this remains stored for all displayed contents including the search results and archives, is it possible?

There is no such feature available. Here is the related ticket that might help you where we are talking about possible workarounds but it will require custom code that is beyond the scope of our support policy:
