I've worked with Shane to correct a problem with how buttons were appearing on my site after toolset was installed. He determined that issue was due to bootstrap being loaded and he suggested I remove it which corrected the button problem. I then encountered a different issue which Minesh helped me solve. It had to do with a sidebar not appearing correctly. The solution for that, however, was to reenable bootstrap so I now have the sidebar on my custom post type working well but the buttons on my site are once again distorted. What would you suggest that I do? You can see the buttons live here: hidden link

Hi Roger,

Thanks for contacting our support forum 🙂

It seems we may need to make a compromise on this one regarding the button.

We can use some custom css to overwrite this and allow the buttons to display normally again but we need to ensure that bootstrap is interfering anywhere else.

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks, Shane. I don't have CSS skills so I asked the company that makes our theme (Salient) if they can provide some custom CSS to correct the buttons. I imagine that's not something that Toolset's staff would normally do. As for insuring that bootstrap is not interfering elsewhere, how can we go about that?

Hi Roger,

Yes it would be best that the theme support provide the css to correct the buttons.

To check would mean to go through the site and to see where the theme css and bootstrap css overlap.

Thanks,
Shane
