Contractor account aproval still pending

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I've submitted some portfolio items examples and filled my contractor profile some time ago now, but it's still pending.
Is it normal or is there anything that needs change?

I've got an update for you.

The process usually takes about 2 weeks to review and this is because its a completely manual process. We can confirm that we have gotten your submissions and are awaiting review.

If all goes well this should be done by the end of the week.
