Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am working on a site that had some work done with Toolset a few years ago. I stopped using Toolset, but recently decided to reinstall Toolset. I notice that there are 5 content templates in the list that were built a few years ago. Here is one.

1072 Loop item in Featured Business View Edit | Duplicate
This Content Template is used as the loop block for the View Featured Business View August 28, 2019

There is no trash link to delete any of these. How do I delete them?

This is on a staging site, so not published.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

As the content template you mentioned is part of the view's loop. Do you want to use the view that you created before, if not, you should either edit your view and detach the content template first from view's loop.

If you do not know how to do it, please share admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

I do not use the view that is mentioned. Where do I find the views so that I can detach the content template from the view's loop?

Thanks for the prompt reply!
Chris

I checked all pages and these old views do not exist. The one in the sample above was created several years ago. Toolset was uninstalled, and the website was rebuilt using another directory plugin. I recently reinstalled Toolset, and the old view loops show up in the list.

Is it possible for you to send me temporary admin access details so I can check what I can do there.
