Tell us what you are trying to do?

Trying to update a content template and while it says it has updated and the database reflects that, the changes are not showing on the front end and if I go back and edit the template again, the changes are gone

Hosted on Dreamhost

If I update the content template in the development environment (not Dreamhost), it just works.

Making a page with tabs, saving, editing, making change and saving again also works.

Looking for suggestions on what to look at as I have run out of ideas.

What is the link to your site? hidden link if things where working the first two tabs (down the page) would be reversed

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. Do you mean that the saved content template changes does not reflect on the frontend when your site is hosted on Dreamhost? - I do not see any other user reported such issue.

Can you please share what content template you are using and on what post/page and send me admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Currently working with Dreamhost support, they say saving the template is triggering modsecurity which suggests they really have things locked down. Will see were that effort goes.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

Dreamhost said it was a modsecurity issue and they had to change some settings.
