Hi Team,

I have a Toolset view that shows posts using the following filtering.

[wpv-view name="view-name" author="1"]

The filter works perfectly. The issue I have is that even though the loop is styled for "Grid", it is displaying the user's posts in a massive size, one under each other.

I have attached some pics for reference. One is showing the view setup as "Grid", one is of the Content Template and the other is the way in which it is displayed.

Any help would be appreciated please.

Kind regards,
Joel

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please check setting of bootstrap loading at:
- Toolset => Settings => General tab => Bootstrap loading section and check if you set correct bootstrap loading option there.

Hi Minesh,

It was set to not use bootstrap. However, it doesn't matter what setting I choose for bootstrap, the posts still do not show in columns.

Kind regards,
Joel

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Here is the Doc about how you can use Elementor with Toolset:

There are number of known issues where View block styles will lost when using any third party page builder or block or the view block is not added as required.

Can you please tell me where you added the following shortcode?

[get_author_id_in_archive]

Did you added to the theme's functions.php file?

Hi Minesh

Thanks for your assistance.

That function was added to the theme's function.php file.

Kind regards,
Joel

Hi Minesh,

I have fixed the issue now. You were correct. I had an Elementor style associated with the page. Once I went back to the standard WordPress editor the posts returned to showing as small columns.

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards,
Joel
