Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to add the custom log in form and the template won't show up in access control's post group for when there is no read permission.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
yes, 'Set the login form to appear only for visitors'
Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a look at this for you?

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,

Yes that would be great. I can provide access to the website. Have to say first that my website is in development and dont have a domain as of yet.
Let me go through the steps that i ve performed so far.
1. Created the Account page with the Logout link and Edit your profile page.
2. Next i tried adding the login form template mentioned in the documentation. Here is where i encountered problems as:
a. The template could not be seen in Access Control/Post group and 'What to display to people who do not have permission'.
Instead i created a Layout with the Log In Form and that seemed to be working as per documentation.

Also i would like to pick your brain on one more aspect.
For my website the content are it's users as its a service listing website. Would like to know if with toolset alone users can be registered in the custom type that i have created without any manual copying on my part.

I am still learning the terminology of WordPress and struggling with some aspects of it.
Please let me know if i've done the right thing or this is just a temporary fix.

Thank you for your support,
Constantin Moisescu

Also i would like to add that there are no fields populated when i am inserting the 'forgot password form' and 'Reset password form'. I cannot see them on the website upon publishing them.

Hi Constantin,

I can have a look at these as well. Can you let me know the page where Forget Password and Reset Password forms are located?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

As long as the website is on a server I should be able to access it.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I am afraid my website is on my local computer, i ve created it using local by flywheel but its not on a server just yet.
So i have followed the documentation and created the 2 pages, lost password and reset password. When i am going to toolset's blokcs and inserting the reset password view as a shortcode, when i am publishing i only see the name of the page with no content on it. I really dont know an alternative and looking to get some help on this otherwise i m going to check other resources

Thank you,
Constantin

Hi Constantin,

It would be much easier to follow if I had something to look at.

Perhaps it can be an error but can't be sure since I'm not able to access the site. Is there any way you can migrate this to a live server?

Alternatively you can provide me with a copy of the site by following the instructions in the link below.

Thanks,
Shane
