Tell us what you are trying to do? Update a content template. Steps (1) Added a repeating image field and repeating single line in custom fields (2) Added a gallery and a repeating field in the template (3) Went back to edit the template and here is the error: This is where this is trying to go core/post-comments, but there is a conflict/issue with the file /www/carolinalivingchoices_623/public/wp-includes/blocks.php on line 703
NOTE: Nothing new added, no updated that I know of and it happened at the same time I made the edit.
Is there any documentation that you are following? None that I can find. I did clone the site, change themes, removed all plugins, etc and the error still exists.
Is there a similar example that we can see? Login and look at this template: Lifestyle & Resources Template
What is the link to your site? Site indicated in the thread when I chose a site. If you request login creds, I can give access, but basically the page just spins.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Yes - can you please share exact steps that should lead me to see the issue as well as admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Well - I can see the same warning which you shared:
/www/carolinalivingchoices_623/public/wp-includes/blocks.php on line 703
I see you are using outdated WooCommerce plugin version, We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version as well as WordPress version.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL plugins as well as WordPress to it's latest officially released version and check if issue persists.
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
Also, the content template you shared I see it has conditional to display with only taxonomy term (Product categories: lifestyle-resources).
What if you try to create another template and check if that works by adding the same content you have on the " Lifestyle & Resources Template" which is existing content template that is not working correctly.
What if you try to create another template and check if that works by adding the same content you have on the "Lifestyle & Resources Template" - you should try to add the blocks you added to existing "Lifestyle & Resources Template" one by one and try to isolate and see if you able to isolate the issue that should lead us to know what block exactly causing the issue.
