Hi,

I am using the Traveler theme that is a directory/travel theme. When I uploaded WPML, Toolset was installed as well. The theme has 6 costum post types created by the theme: Activity, Cars, Tours, Hotels, Rental and Rooms. I am having an issue with all these posts.

The problem is that after Toolset was installed, the listings url changed from: hidden link to
hidden link resulting in a 404 page. Even when I try to add a new listing and choose "none" as the Content Template the url changes to this type of permalink : hidden link.

In the Toolset dashboard shows: "Your theme’s template file single-st_cars.php for displaying Car items is missing custom fields."

I bought the Toolset Premium to try to solve the problem but it continues.

I read in the forum that "By default, if you do not add a content template, whatever custom post type you create will show your theme's single.php file." but that is not happening. I didn´t create a content template and the theme´s single.php file is not showing.

I don´t want to add a content template. I want to use the theme template. How can I do that? How can I avoid that the theme permalink base is replaced?

Hi there,

Thanks for your contact!

If you deactivate Toolset, does it get solved? Moreover, may I kindly ask you if the reason of having Toolset would be to only fix this? Or were you using the plugin for other purposes?

At last, could you please try to upload the theme in this Sandbox: hidden link, and recreate the issue there? So that we can check it better, avoiding to access the dashboard area of your website (although we might need to do that in any cases).

Please let us know. Thank you.

Hi Mateus,

I deactivate Toolset and reactivate. I also cleared caches. Now the theme's single.php file is showing. I have Toolset because I want to create custom fields and forms.

Thank you!
