Toolset Form ‹ brandlish — Missing Content.png

I am trying to:
1. Edit my Post Forms.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Dev site at hidden link in the admin dashboard

I expected to see:
A Content Section in the Edit Post Form screen.

Instead, I got:
No Content Section in the Edit Post Form screen. Just the following sections:
Settings
Access Control
E-mail Notifications
Messages

I did find the solution. I noticed that the CSS on the admin side had an element.style display:none code in it which was hiding the Content section of the CRED Edit Form page. I have no idea why it was there but after disabling it in CSS code inspector in Chrome the problem was resolved...

Edit User Form ‹ brandlish Missing Options — WordPress.png

I'm afraid I need to reopen this ticket because once again check box options are missing from the admin side of my toolset plugin - this time on the User Form editor.

Any ideas how to get them back?
Thanks
