Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
First of all - we just release a new version of Toolset Layouts and Access plugins. Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
You can download the latest Toolset plugins from:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Now, regarding your issue, you must be using wrong layout template. I need to check your layout settings on your install.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Hi Roger - you must have marked this ticket as resolved and I re-open it and checked the issue.
Could you please check now. There is no Bootstrap loaded with your theme or plugins so I've set to load bootstrap from Toolset from:
=> Toolset => Settings => General Tab => Bootstrap loading => Toolset should load Bootstrap 3.0
Hi Minesh. It's true that enabling bootstrap have solved the sidebar problem. The reason I disabled bootstrap was that your colleague Shane recommended that I do so to correct resolve another issue I was having where bootstrap was causing the buttons on our site to appear differently. So by solving one issue, I've "unsolved" another. Do you have a suggestion? Perhaps I can correct the button problem via CSS changes?
